You've spent a long time figuring things out on your own.

Maybe that's worked. Maybe it's left you feeling disconnected, misunderstood, or stuck in patterns you can't seem to break.

I work with both men and women navigating anxiety, relationship stress, communication struggles, caregiving pressure, the ups and downs of aging and career challenges.

A significant part of my practice is dedicated to supporting men working through relationship stress, intimacy struggles, and the pressure of holding it all together.

I also work with people moving through major life transitions whether they're expected or completely unexpected.

For those carrying wounds from the past that continue to shape the present, trauma informed care and inner child work are woven into our sessions.

My deepest belief is that every person deserves to feel understood, heard, and empowered to show up fully for themselves and for the people they love.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. Whether you’re struggling, stuck, or simply ready for something to change, I’m here and I genuinely care.

Reach out when you’re ready.

WELCOME!
