Who Can Benefit From Therapy?
Therapy can be a meaningful source of support for individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, or relationship challenges. Whether you are taking this step for the first time or continuing your journey toward emotional well-being, therapy can help you gain clarity, build coping skills, and feel more grounded in your life. Everyone's path looks different, and while results can vary from person to person, many find real and lasting benefit along the way.
Do You Offer Therapy for Men's Issues?
Yes. A lot of men come to me carrying things they've never said out loud, the pressure to hold everything together, tension in a relationship they can't quite name, stress that's bled into their sex life, or a sense that they're going through the motions without knowing why. Men's therapy with me isn't about diagnosing a list of symptoms. It's a space to actually think out loud about what's going on, career pressure, intimacy struggles, self-worth, communication that keeps breaking down, without performing that you have it handled.
I work with men across the full range of sexual orientations and identities. The pressures I focus on, holding it all together, relationship stress, intimacy struggles, self-worth, communication, show up regardless of who you're partnered with or how you identify. What matters to me is understanding your specific situation, not fitting you into one version of what "men's issues" looks like.
Sliding-scale options and flexible scheduling are available to make care accessible.
